LactiGo’s own sheet says to start on clean, dry skin and to apply 30–45 minutes before training. The manufacturer’s schedule is advice, not something a trial tested; what the studies used is on how to apply it.
The team’s own tests, for healthy adults. Neither one is blinded, and the menthol tells you which side has the gel, so treat the result as a personal experiment.
Apply to one arm 45 minutes before testing. Test your grip on both sides, and repeat for 3–5 days.
Apply to one side only, then do 500–1,000 calf raises or 100–300 push-ups. Apply again in the evening and compare both sides the next day.
Individual experiences; results vary and are not typical. The people in these clips have a financial connection to LactiGo.
