The published trials tested world-class and international athletes in a lab. This page documents the other group: coaches and athletes training around a job, using it on ordinary weeks. Each entry records the sport, the protocol, and anything they actually measured.
These are testimonials, not data. Nobody was blinded, nothing was controlled, and everyone here knew what they were putting on. They are published because the pattern in them is specific and repeatable — more work at the same effort, less next-day soreness — and because that pattern is testable against the trials on the evidence page, where one of the four found no effect at all.

First name and last initial. Anonymous screenshots were left out — if we cannot name the speaker, it does not belong on the page.
Reports that made injury or pain-relief claims were excluded. LactiGo is a topical gel for training, not a treatment.
What they applied, when, and for how long. A testimonial without a protocol is a feeling; with one it is something you can copy.
Before the reports themselves, the shape of them. Of the 12 people who wrote back, 7 describe getting more work done at the same effort and 6 describe less soreness the next day. Four describe faster recovery between efforts, and two mention sleeping better — which no trial has ever measured and for which there is no mechanism on offer. Most describe more than one of these, none were blinded, and none were asked a question from a list.
Very clear power and power endurance differences between same workout last week (no gel) to this week (gel). Did 30min of power/explosive lifts, followed by 10min of acrobatics, then 20min of 4:1 easy:hard running. Typical Sunday morning for me before delivering sessions. Early-session force/power capacity up, repeated explosive work tolerance up, perceived recovery between strength bouts up, available strength-work reserve up, subsequent cardiovascular capability remained excellent — locomotor muscular fatigue eventually still appeared.
Pushed myself super hard on Friday with Elite Feet, basketball scrimmages, barefoot jumping on concrete to dunk on 9 foot rims, plyos with several of my clients, and finally 10D5 seated calf raises DEEP. My soleus was absolutely cooked. It was super sore and felt like it was 5% away from an injury. I used Lactigo every two hours throughout the weekend, and by Monday morning I was completely fine. I put it on my quads all weekend too. Today I front squatted 215 lbs several times with lifetime PR level form. It could be timing, years of training, or the fact that I’ve learned a ton of new training techniques this year.
Got it after a solid session with legs and put it on lightly that night. Woke up with no doms at all. Been applying a little bit before and after training to targeted areas and having the same results. Surfing every morning and usually I’d be pretty cooked especially after an upper body session and just feeling like I could keep going. Also noticed an improvement in my sleep since applying it at night. Especially on the back of my neck.
I really put the gel to the test this weekend playing a basketball tournament. 6 games in 4 days. The muscle and joint recovery was insane but what I noticed even more was the recovery on my CNS and not feeling CNS fatigue. I was waking up each morning bouncing out of bed for games. Normally my feet, ankles and calves are pretty cooked when I play 2 games in 3 days.
1 week in using the gel and I am waking up with a little less pain in my right shoulder everyday. Workouts I def have that extra gear and seem to be recovering faster between rounds at BJJ. I keep thinking its too good to be true but from all the testimonials here and my personal experience it is working.
I landed with too much dorsiflexion from a backflip that cooked my ankle immediately. Added lactigo later and barely had any pain or soreness the next day. It’s still recovering but went from like an 8/10 discomfort to 2/10.
Put on before Jujitsu on Saturday had a pretty good gas tank where I usually would play defensively from fatigue after that many long rounds. As I haven’t been training consistently on the mats I’m usually quite sore in the afternoon and following days, especially from the nervous system side of things. Felt pretty good in the afternoon like I had done an easy workout and then Sunday morning barely any stiffness. Did have mild headaches over those first couple of days but have a feeling I may have dehydrated myself on the friday. Will keep an eye on it.
Yesterday was the first time I have really applied what you would call liberally before a workout. Waited around 45 min then started yesterdays Dense session. Felt ok didn’t feel like I was able to lift much more weight than normal but was getting through the sets well. As I got into it I felt better the longer I went to the point where after I finished I got back on for 5 min more just to see. Then the real magic kicked in, I played around in the gym just doing more and more for around 45 minutes more. Put some on after my shower and woke up this morning feeling fresh as!!
I rolled my ankle last week dunking and had such an annoying knot that developed in my foot. Was frustrating to walk on and I was struggling to train due to the discomfort. I’m into the training/movement aspect first but Lactigo is a great tool to facilitate the healing process and allow you move more efficiently during training. I felt completely fine after putting it all over my foot and ankle. Didn’t really leave a sticky residue or anything either and I had successful rolls on the mats.
I got some extra lactigo last night and put on my Achilles couldn’t walk properly after training all week. This morning I am almost able to keep up with my 4 and 5 year old again hahaha.
I’ve been using it for the past week. I’ve had some little niggles from my season and most of these I don’t feel anymore. Another improve is my sleep.
Getting testimonials from clients using lactigo on the daily. NCAA runner just beat a handful of guys that beat him in nationals end of last year. Been working with him on gait, unbreakable freak techniques, elite feet, and now lactigo. He says he has to change his race plan for lactigo to leave room for it to work end of the race. Another half marathoner just PR’s today slathering it on. I have only had 2 people that are skeptical about it — and those 2 haven’t tried it yet.
Everyone here chose to test it and chose to write in, so weigh these as testimonials rather than as data. What makes them worth publishing is the protocol and the measured number attached to each one. The controlled trials — all four of them — are on the evidence page.
Get in touch — we need the sport, your protocol, how long you have used it, and any numbers you track. The ones who notice nothing are the most useful entries on the page, so write in either way. If you would rather just try it, where to buy it and what it costs is one page over.
